I'm sitting here vaping my WTA mix and grinning at all of this nonsense.

There's no question that a lot of people have experienced the benefits of WTA and will attest to it, myself included.

WTA juice is indeed a placebo, in the real sense, as this means "to please." I sure as hell am pleased with it :) That's the only thing that matters. Having said that though, there is always a psychological component at work here. However, there's a constant, and that's we don't know what we are missing when we switch to vaping, but experience it. Then WTA takes care of this. That's plenty good enough for me :)

Nice! I love those that respect etymology, or at least, true definitions. For instance, the word weird actually means involving or suggesting the supernatural. Some cultures regard the cobra as a supernatural creature...if you believe that to be weird, you're correct! ;)

My Dreamkiller (aka my wife) calls me weird....so does that make me supernatural? :)

It's not snake oil, and it isn't magical unicorn tears. There is an absolutely noticeable difference for me. I vape while using snus to get the same effect. This eliminates one step for me. I have made my own WTA in the past (it takes up valuable time, and is not something to be just thrown together in your kitchen), and had similar results. However, my time and safety is valuable and I would rather pay Jerry to make it. :p

Any new advancement in any product costs more. Start-up material costs, labor, equipment all come with cost. And believe me when I say that you can't just whip this up in 15 minutes like adding flavors and VG to base nic. The price is high, but I am willing to go there because it works. I wish Jerry could find a way to market the unflavored concentrate without fear of piracy, because I only like a few flavors of liquid (from any vendors) and life would be nicer if I could continue to use those flavors with unflavored WTA. I will continue to make and use my own WTA until Jerry and the gang can supply what I really need. I will also continue to buy some of his flavored for convenience.

Like anything else related to flavors, equipment, battery size, YYMV. For some of us, this is the bullet that keeps the beast at bay. My hubby took 2 tylenol PM's last night and slept till 10 this morning. I could take 6, and still be up all night. Just because the WTA didn't make you see unicorns or fall into a blissful trance, doesn't mean it doesn't work. It means it didn't work for you.

Before I started vaping WTA, I wanted to smoke a cigarette every minute of every day. There were a few days when I got so frustrated with my insurance company, my incompetent medical caregivers, and various public service agencies I have to deal with, I just broke down and chain smoked a handful of cigarettes in a very short amount of time, no amount of nicotine of any flavor in any PV, atty, or, strength, would satisfy my tobacco cravings. I could smoke 10 cigarettes in 2 hours.

6 months into vaping, during the first month I tried WTA, I never felt more satisfied, and had less interest in a cigarette.

I watch a lot of Premium Cable TV movies, and they smoke a lot on cable TV, and every time I saw the characters light up, I just relived every cigarette I ever smoked when I just vaped straight nicotine. I got cigarette envy and got that tweaker urge to light up. Now I only vape WTA and nothing else. When I see them smoke on TV, it doesn't even bother me, I have no desire to smoke whatsoever. Since I started vaping WTA I haven't vaped a single cigarette, the thought of it makes me sick like eating too much candy does to you when you were a kid and pigged out on too much of the same kind of candy.

I can smell when my apartment neighbor 2 doors down one floor up, or on the ground floor lights up, and I actually feel sick and want to shut my windows when they do. WTA made this reaction much more pronounced. I don't even vape tobacco flavors, I vape Tooty Fruity, Vanilla Splash, Prickly Pear, Peachy Keen, Grandma's Apple Pie, and my favorite Mint Mango Berry.

When I first started vaping Mint Mango Berry, I couldn't taste anything except the mint, which was amazing in and of itself. When I switched from the Stardust to the new E1 clearomizers (which I have good and bad reviews about myself) this flavor started out with the refreshing mint, then finishes with a sweet flavor I can't quite distinguish, either mango or berry, or both. I can't get enough of it. And even though I can get dozens of more flavors in "nicotine only," it just isn't satisfying to me to vape them anymore because they don't have the WTA.

I've been hospitalized 3 times in the last month in a half, 9 times in the last year. I can sneak my vaping supplies into the hospital and vape when the nurses leave my room, and with the volume of the TV off, I can hear their footsteps in the hallway. I haven't gotten caught yet.

By the way Jerry? How long will it take you to mix up a couple bottles of the 23mg Mint Mango Berry? I see you got the 12mg back in stock, but since I used to vape 18mg nicotine, 23mg and 24mg seem to do the nicotine level better for me. I'm about out, help!

Thanks

Nathan

Nathan,

Thank you so much for your post. I will try to get some more Mint Mango Berry Back up tonight. Glad to hear that you like that flavor. I'm not much of a fan with that flavor but there are others that also like it to. Thank you so much for your input and insight.

I would love to see the WTA, as a nic base for DIY users like myself. My Dearest Wife can't seem to drop down past 30mg.

I've even tried to sneak in lower doses. She replies: WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!!??!! :D

She has no business dropping below 30 mg with our without WTA :D I've no idea how people vape lower than this, I've tried it myself, and it's not satisfying to me. So at least some of us need the higher nic, just like I always smoked the cigarettes with the most nic. On the other hand I don't have to chain vape like some people. Vaping is irritating to the throat and lungs and the less I need to do of it to be satisfied the better, and that means over 30 mg for me :p

Nathan, it's nice to see another WTA fan out there. I haven't wanted to smoke a cigarette at all since I've been using it, or wanting to use any other form of tobacco either. I quit smoking and for a whole month was croaking for something else, regular vaping is bogus in my opinion as a matter of fact.

So the real snake oil is, IMO, regular nic juice, it's a joke that people think this substitutes for smoking. It's just a nicorette inhaler with vapor. People think that they need to get the right PV, the right voltage or wattage, the right atty or carto, the right flavor, etc, but none of that will truly satisfy a lot of us. If you miss smoking even a bit then you aren't vaping the right juice, period, and none of these changes will change your juice into what you seek. WTA is what you really seek.

True that, kingcobra. For decades everyone has been telling us we are nicotine addicts, fiends, and tried to get us to quit with nicotine replacement therapies that just felt empty, and the craving strong as ever. This past couple months since I decided to take the plunge and try WTA I am convinced that we are addicted to tobacco (minor alkaloids and nicotine all wrapped up into one), and you can't just simplify the addiction to one substance as simple as nicotine for everybody. What surprises me the most is why it took so long for everybody to figure this out, when big pharma has been investing so much funding into making drugs that can fine tune our brains and "fix" all of the problems we can't seem to fix within ourselves. A big portion of this research has been in the field of addiction, but they can't figure out that cigarette smokers are addicted to more than just nicotine, and they tried to blame it on Big Tobacco's "additives," when a few natural "minor alkaloids" were the missing pieces of the puzzle in my opinion, and I see a growing number of others before me thought so as well.

Well for Jerry and his colleagues who believed in the science, and asked us to volunteer as human trial participants, I kind of feel lucky since FDA trials are a lot more dangerous than any drug consumption you can get yourself into in more cases than should be allowed. I hope Jerry and colleagues continue to make this WTA available to those of us who need/want it, and for their trouble, I hope they and their families reap all the riches that they could hope for in life, financial and otherwise. :2c:

I also notice that I vape less during the last few weeks. That's a good thing, because I think the Mint Mango Berry might be a little more of a trigger to COPD flare than the other juices I vape. The mint is so strong it makes my mucous membranes tingle like mouthwash, but without the afterburn and aftertaste. It actually finishes on a sweet flourish. I don't need to take 30 puffs to feel satisfied. It could also be the hot Colorado weather we've been having, 100+ degrees Fahrenheit days with wildfires burning in several mountains and grassy areas, the smoke clouding the scenic views of the mountains we usually enjoy from downtown, that could be it also. I don't go outside very much, and stay in air conditioning, so who knows what made me have a sudden COPD flare after months without one? I just noticed I watched 5 whole hours of TV, and haven't vaped the entire time.

I've often thought the same thing over the past few years. At first vaping was new and exciting but then no matter how much or how strong of liquid that I used there was still something missing. I felt like I was in a downward spiral headed back to smoking full time again. WTA wasn't available then and Dvap was just beginning to do some experimenting with it so I turned to Swedish snus. WTA gives liquids the fullness that could never be found before. I think that Jerry has done a wonderful thing by producing wta so that hopefully many out there that are struggling won't turn back to cigarettes.

    hitt,

I think the same calm you get from snus is in the WTA as well. It just takes the edge off in a way that plain nic can't accomplish. It's the lack of tension that I noticed first, and the relaxed feeling that makes it so much better. Less anxiety with the WTA. I'm finding the same "effect" in snus and WTA, and I like that I have choices about what I can use to avoid that smoke.
