Isn't Mike a great guy?

He has got my back more times than I can remember and is always there to help someone with their problems. He has other businesses that I know have to make more money than this one but he keeps it going and I'm sure, sometimes at a loss. He keeps it going though and covers many fixes for people that other vendors wouldn't do. Plus he puts up with some real BS here from time to time that I couldn't do from the occasional jerk and that includes Moi. He's got my back again and without getting into too many details I just wanted to express what a great guy he is to us all and publically thank him for all the times he's helped me, most of us out.

Speaking from personal experience, I can honestly say that it just doesn't get any better than Mike!!!!

I saw a post he made a few days ago, Mike said that he had the best customers. Great customers come from having the best customer service out there.

Buying something online is so impersonal, but that's not the case when you shop with Mike and Notcigs. I compare it to shopping at the little neighborhood store, the one where the owner is working the counter and you're treated like family. It truly is that way with you, Mike, you are good people!!!
