I am looking for the Ego PassThrough's with removable USB cords, preferably in 650mAh. I'm down to my last one and I think it's on its last leg. I love these things.

I'm mainly looking for a reliable store to buy them from. I'm uncomfortable doing a blind google search for them.

But my recommendation is to go to the forum suppliers section and do some comparison shopping to see what your best price is. Bear in mind, they will likely be having Black Friday sales. Then once you have a few vendors, go to the negative and positive reviews to see who seems to be the most easy to work with.

Does it have to be a actual Joye product? if not, I recommend the Inferno from volcanoecigs; virtually identical to the eGo, except that the cone is press-on instead of screw-on.

No, it doesn't have to be "Joye", it can be another manufacturer. I just like this style. Will check out the sites. Thanks.
