I've been having numerous problems with my last 2 orders from Avid Vapor. On my last order I had a 306 disconnect from it's threading and break into 2 halves out of nowhere. I was attempting to pull off the drip tip as gently as possible while spinning it to make sure exactly this didn't happen, I had used the atomizer for <1hr at this point.

On my most recent order I have had a 510 collapse my Reo spring. I received new springs and decided to test the atomizer again, double checked the base and everything to make sure it looks identical to my others, collapsed another spring within seconds.

I've attempted to contact Avid Vapor multiple times through their contact us page and haven't received a single reply. Anyone have any recommendations?

I would like to bring attention back to this post and say that Avid Vapor contacted me immediately after asking for a return through the website. I had previously sent contact messeges, which they have explained were never received. Whether this was a technical problem or a mistake on my end regarding submitting tickets I am not sure. However, avid vapor was quick to deal with the problem once I used the returns option which I aws perviously unaware of.

I've only had these 2 problems through a dozen or so great atomizers. I recall attempting to contact them a couple of times but do not recall the ticket system, just filling out a contact page. Regardless, this must have been some sort of fluke on my end since my return request was processed immediately. Bit of misunderstanding but glad things worked out.
