Issue with new iClear 30 head!

I've been vaping on my iClear for a couple months now without issue. It was time for a new head, so I picked one up at my local shop. Well I seem to be having an issue with it. First off, the top cap was a little harder to get on, as if the chimney was too tall. Now, the juice isn't flowing into the wicks as it should. I have to pull without firing several times before every puff otherwise I get a burnt taste. Everything is screwed down nice and tight, and I can't see any issues. I even compared it's size to the head I pulled out and they seem identical. Does the rubber grommet on to of the chimney need time to squish down, or what's the issue? It sucks needing to pull so much before every hit, especially since I've never had to do this, as I've changed heads several times in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Confused. Which is it? First time changing heads on the i30, or several times changing heads on the i30?

best regards, larry mac

I thought it was odd myself so I double checked, I was wrong about the rounded aspect, it was just clear fluid that looked rounded at a distance. It's still flat, though that doesn't explain why it want working. Sorry for the mistake.

Well, I have the iClear coming in tomorrow, (a 5-day wait because the vendor I ordered from wasn't polite enough to drop my package off at the post office til 5PM, knowing that Veteran's Day would be a hold-up... they will get a bad review for that, if I order the day before, the package should ship be placed in the post office at least in the next 24 hours, and it didn't), but I didn't order extra heads... hopefully the stock one will give a clean vape.
