issue with new provari

Well got my satin black provari yesterday. I love this thing! Just the feel in your hand is fantastic. But... I think I have a issue. The button sticks every once in awhile. Kind of hard to explain to someone hiw your pv is so expensive because of build quality when you let them hit it and the damn button sticks! It's do e it probably 10 times. Is it user error or did I get a lemon? Really don't wanna send it in now cause I leave back to work next week for 2 weeks. Might be buying a back up son er then I thought

Provape has excellent customer service. Go on the site and file a ticket. I am sure they will do whatever they can to deal with the situation to your satisfaction. They might even go as far as replacing it for you.

I had the same thing happen recently with a new Provari. Pinch the button between your thumb and finger, and see if you can turn it. If it doesn't rotate all the way around (360 degrees) without hanging up, you have a problem. If I rotated the button until I felt resistance, then pressed it, it would stick.

Had to send mine back in, but they fixed it and had it back to me within a week.

I actually had a bit of a sticking button with a recent arrival. I pressed the button 632 times and it now feels as good as the others. My guess is there is a bit of plastic left over from the manufacturing process that just needs worn down...

628 times won't do it, huh?

I never really paid attention to it on mine, but the button does rotate freely, all the way around, in either direction.
