Issue with Order I just received today.

I hate to nit pick, but I received my package today and I'm not to happy. First off, the Mini-Sub tank I ordered was cracked and broken and the 5 Bottles of juice seemed to have leaked in the package. As you can see from the picture, there's a significant amount of juice missing.

I'm a first time Order-er (Is that even a word? Lol.) And I've heard nothing but wonderful, glowing comments about Mom and Pop's, and I was soooo eager to try out one of those Submarine tanks after watching the video, I just kinda feel disappointed now. It seems like this would potentially have been a mail issue? But I didn't see anywhere on the actual website to email them if I had a problem. (Maybe I'm just brain dead tonight and didn't see it?)

Anywho... I figured I'd post on here since it seems you guys are around a lot. Maybe you can help me resolve the issue?

Sorry you are disappointed. The reason that the juice levels are different is because since we have gotten so much busier so quickly, I make small batches of e-liquid for flavors/nic levels that are ordered that particular day and pour them into the bottles - these are the fuller bottles. If the particular flavor/nic level you ordered was only ordered by you, I mix it syringe to bottle and mix exactly 10ml in a 10ml bottle, 15ml in a 15ml bottle, etc. Our bottles hold more than the amount I mix, especially the 10ml bottles, they actually hold 12ml which makes 10ml of liquid seem like liquid is missing. The fact is that the fuller bottles are 11ml and up. Regarding the tank, we will get a replacement out to you, no problem. We have a "contact us" page on our website HERE where we can be contacted. Also, if you have an account on our store, there is a message system that you can use when signed in. Great Avatar MeowMix! But put down the sword for a bit :) You got more than 10 ml in the bottles that are filled higher. I'm hoping Mom and Pop, to avoid gentle polite complaints such as yours, won't revert to putting exactly 10 ml, to avoid the confusion it has caused people such as yourself. Panic not and enjoy the little extras M & P throw your way! As for the tank - wow, I've ordered tons of tanks, live in the same neck of the woods as you, down here in sunny fla, and haven't had a bit of damage. In fact, I've always remarked at how much bubble wrap is used and how well everything is packaged up, each piece in its own little bubble bag. I'm sure that for whatever reason the damaged was incurred, you will get excellent service making you whole again, and you'll find the experience the exception and not the rule. If you go to their website, there is a "contact us" tab - great place to deal with them on a one on one basis, without nosey readers, as myself, that poke their nose into your business. hee hee. All with good intentions though :)

Sometimes USPS does a number on packages. It has only happened to me once *knocks wood*. It was from a cheap bottle (not Mom and Pop's) that cracked from USPS being apes. The package smelt great, but not much liquid was left to vape.

I am glad Scuba posted quickly, and I am sure they will make it right. They have the best customer service. That is one of the reasons for their loyal fanbase. The other reason is the delicious juice.

I'm sorry, I just wanted to clarify a few things. I am in no way, shape or form complaining about the amount of liquid I received that was carefully measured. Two of my bottles appeared to have been crushed, along with the tank, and were missing juice. The missing juice was indeed there, just in the contents of the bubble wrap and the envelope, lol.

Pop has already sent me a message and I've already talked with them about the issue. It was poor Mail Handling. Not Mom and Pop. You guys are fantastic and I absolutely love the juices I got. Sorry for posting on a day I was brain dead and not able to find the appropriate information to contact them, I just know their on here all the time, that's why I posted.

Closing this thread now since the issue has been resolved. Thanks for all the suggestions and comments guys.

And I'm not putting the sword down!!
