Issue with stardust and ego batteries.

I recently purchased stardust clearomizers and love them.Learned to clean and rebuild them.Now they wont work with my batteries(ego 1000 mah).I've tried pulling the center pin on stardust out a bit for connection,etc.When I connect the battery and press the button,nothing happens.They ohm out at 2.3,so I don't think that is an issue.I can hook my type a attys up and vape with cartridges,but I am missing my stardusts.Not sure if I have damaged the batteries while taking stardust apart or what.batteries look ok and work fine with other attys.Really confused.Please help!!!

Had this happen yesterday, but it just wouldn't work on my Ego T batts....Cs were fine. I hooked the post and pulled it down a little, then let the battery push it back up if it needed to to thread down all the way. Worked after that. Any chance you haven't pulled the pin down enough?

When you take them apart to clean if you follow the method in the video, there is no chance of damaging your battery. I just use a small pair or regular pliers, and skip the tape.

Resistance is still good, so it has to be a contact issue.

the battery button flashes one time and goes off like its shorting out.then when unscrewing battery from stardust,batt button flashes 3 times and works fine with other attys.

It's shorted. Guess when the battery is making contact it's pushing the pin to a shorted position? I'd put that one in the rebuild bin before you ruin a battery.
