If it is the wicking then you should be getting juice in your mouth, although it can depend on how hard you draw. If i draw hard it goes in my mouth and if draw slower it will leak out of the air holes. Just try re-wicking it and use plenty to fill the juice channels and go from there.

I use a Zephyrus and it can be a real pain to get the wicking right. Especially if the juice is a little thin. Mastering any specific atomizer can include a small learning curve. I know that the thickness of the juice i'm using will determine how much wick i need to fill the juice channels with. So i'll start with a lot and vape with that, and if it's not wicking enough i'll just trim away at the width of the wick in the juice channels just so it will allow more juice through. The length doesn't really matter but if it gets in the way when i re-assemble the atomizer then i'll trim the tiniest piece off i can.

I build on the same tfv4 rba .....wicking this thing can be a Lil tough to get right....what ya wanna do is have your Cotton cut a Lil lower than the build deck ,get it fluffy an spread it out on the deck put about 10% of the cotton in the juice well and the other 90% stays on the deck ........if to much of your cotton is in the juice well it won't wick and you will have dry hits,to Lil cotton and it will leak! (To Lil cotton is why your tank is leaking I'm sure of it) hope this helps ya

Gotta agree with @steam heat. Wicking is a PITA but once you get it, prepare your taste buds!!!!!! (To the moon Alice)

Here's how I like to wick them. I use Japanese organic cotton pads. I pull it through the coil using more than you might think. It needs to be fairly tight but not too much so it won't wick properly. I then hold both stands together replacing the ring with the cotton sticking out of the top. Cut the cotton to about an inch and a half in length. Fan out the pieces a bit. Using a small screwdriver press the cotton into the sides of the ring. You'll see it poking out of the juice channels slightly. Hold it to a light. If you can see light around the cotton re adjust. Once you can no longer see light around the cotton. Put it back together soak your cotton and vape. I have never had a leaking problem with mine.
