On the mod, the 510 positive center pin is 3.78mm deep. On the rda the center pin measures 4.78mm. It does make good contact. I just measured it. The center pin is longer than the depth of the 510 connection. I think I should use the other screws(posts) as someone said. That might be the issue. I stopped vaping on it and it was working fine after I installed a new build. I think I did use the other posts.
Is your coil hitting your squonk pin? Probably not looked it up looks pretty flush.

did you check to make sure the legs are clipped flush to the deck.....the tiniest over hang will touch the cap
Yeah I bend them up so they don't touch the cap. I also check for resistance changes with and without the cap to make sure I don't have a short.
I think the issue with the TC/Replay mode is that the sqounk pin goes in to the hole of the RDA. It is a hex hole(not round). I think it makes very light contact with it.
I noticed that when it's not screwed on tight it works(TC and Replay mode). Well, it might be a fluke, but it seems to be okay when it's not on tight.

For future reference if anyone is having the same issue. The Citadel is working fine on the paranormal. So I think it does have to do with the squonk 510 going into the opening of the citadel.
