some tanks like the tfv4 can take high watts, depending on the coils also but those have triple, quad etc coils, theres some sub tanks that even claim up to 150 watts!
generally for high watts you want thicker wire, large airflow and good wicking.
Also with regards to charging with a 2amp+ port, the charger onboard the device such as the isticks or tablets should only draw the necessary amount of amps that the device needs, so if you plugged it into a 2 amp port and used an inline voltage detector or usb doctor itll show you the exact voltage and amps. The problem is if the devices malfunction or are not created well and can draw unsafe amounts for the battery inside but most devices should only draw what it needs. It might be good to have a 1amp charger for mods that only need 1amp though just as a safety measure though but most phone and tablet chargers these days are 2amps+

I'm very pleased with mine too. The thing that concerns me are the horrible rattly plastic buttons. I put a silicon sleeve on mine which has resolved that. The case seems solid and well built and the battery cover is really firm, I hate loose battery covers with weak magnets. If want a high wattage box for an affordable price then this ticks all the boxes in my opinion.
