I recently dropped my 20 watt during a rain storm into flooding water and it fried out. As an emergency I bought a 10W at a local vape shop to hold me over. It says it offered pass through. Well I wrote an email to eleaf asking them why when it is plugged in, I get shocked through my drip tip. This is a nautilus Mini. IT only does it when plugged in. I can feel the tingle on my lips and tongue like if it was a 9 volt battery. Here is their response.
