Please read entire post.. Thanks.

I have read ALL the posts in the istick 20 threads. My can't find an answer for my problem and can't post since I am a new member (lurking f or the last year or so). I am using a Kanger Aero with the istick 20 and continue to get burnt liquids. I have tried 1.0 / 1.8 coils and liquids 50/50..60/40..25/75 pg/vg in all combinations and all wattage (low 5.0) to higher (10) and get burnt liquid every time. Need some advice / info:

Hey there.
Have you tried your Aerotank on a different mod? Have you tried a different tank on your iStick?
Although the iStick 20W fires a bit hot because of the tune to mean, it works, if you just turn down the watts a bit.
It can be, of course, that your iStick is faulty.
But I think the problem is in the coils of your tank. Do you prime them correctly?

I was never able to get my Kanger tanks to work correctly on my IStick, and even when they do work on my spinner the Kanger just doesn't give off the same amount of flavor/vapor as my Nauts.
An inexpensive option that has been working well for me is the GS Air.

That's another good option. The Eleaf GS-Air is about half the price of the Nautilus and I've heard it works well on the iStick.

Truth is I had a better vaping experience using my Kanger Aero and a vv spinner the last 2 years.

I can believe this, quite easily. :)

When I decided to swap from Spinners to iStick(s) for work (work, as in NO large MODS) I realised all the nice little Kanger tanks were in trouble. This was the end of them really. I've used a few with homemade coils and cotton wool, but the iStick just runs too hot for such a small atomizer head... even on the lowest power. :(

The iStick 20 watt is more powerful on set voltage than most other mods because of its "mean" output (think zmax). Some atomizers can't handle the extra power even at 3 volts. The iStick 30 watt (and 10 watt and 50 watt) use "rms" due to vendor feedback from users.

I must admit I love my 20 watt iStick with a delta 16/19 dual coil c3 atomized tank the 19 has airflow control and holds a bit more. I can easily vape it higher power than most older atomizers. (One of my many setups)

Another thing is "yes" kanger heads have went down the tubes literally. They just aren't what they used to be.

Thanks to all that replied, I really APPRECIATE all the input. I took advice from Jen North Pole AK and just ordered the leaf gs air from sweet vapes (thanks for the link grandymarsh). The tank sounds like it's just what I'm looking for and will work great with the istick20. I have been using kanger products for a long time and was trying to stay true to the brand but their coils seem really crappy compared to two years ago.
