I purchased a 50w istick about a month ago. I have been using it with a nautilus tank and love the set up, that is until two days ago. I looked down at my istick and only half of the display screen was visible. I looked down tonight and the entire display is now dead. Two days ago when this problem first started I locked my settings so I am still able to use it. I read somewhere that unless you use a Eleaf tank the warranty is void. Has anyone else had this problem? I haven't dropped it, but it has fallen over a couple of times when I reached for it without looking. I only chose the 50W for the battery life which has been amazing.

'They' would have no idea what tank you are using, but I think it comes with a 30 day warranty, so you are probably out of luck...
Lately, my iStick 50w has started to continue firing after a vape when I let go of the button. It stops at the 10 second cuttoff, but it locks and you have to plug it into a USB source to reset it. Yesterday, it malfunctioned and wouldn't reset when plugged in. Since then, it won't fire, but I can press the down button and see the current settings. I can't change anything and can't use it to vape.
I'm about 2 weeks inside the 90 day warranty and will take it by the vape shop it came from. Since I bought it locally and paid $59.99 for it I expect to get an over the counter replacement. Luckily, I saved the receipt.
