Istick 50w not turning on

I bought myself an eleaf istick 50w this week and ive only been able to use it once because last night i picked it up and it wasnt turning oni clicked it five times tried to fire it but nothing happened so i tried charging it and i came back in about an hour and i picked it up and it was burning hot and it still will not turn on... if anyone knows how i can fix this problem please let me know. Thanks!

You need to return it ASAP. Don't continue to charge it if the unit is getting hot as you might start a fire.

Your device is defective. If you have a warranty, return it.

There have been a LOT of issues with this model (specifically the 50 watt iStick).
I recommend choosing a different model (iStick 30 watt) or an MVP.

As much as I love my 50w iStick, I finally got around to ordering a Sigelei 150w box mod to replace it. My iStick has been fine so far, but I am leery with the problems other people have had.

It should not be burning hot.
Something is definitely wrong and that unit is potentially dangerous.
Unfortunately since it's a fixed battery, you can't just pop out the batteries
