IStick basic not charging?

My istick basic shows a red light for a couple seconds when I plug it in and then it turns off. I tried to vape it but when I held down the button the whit light just flashes. How can I fix this?

Could try another coil might have a short. That's all I can think of or a faulty charging cable.

Someone else had this on here recently. You are likely not getting a good connection between the tank and the base.

I assume you are using the GS Air tank that came with it. Thoroughly clean the magnetic connector and check to see if the coil is screwed it correctly. Also try and clean the connection on the mod by pushing some paper towel down in the well.

If you have a similar tank like an evod or protank 2 mini, you can try that with the other ego magnetic connector.

Have you had it long? You could take it back to the shop.

If it were me I would take it back to where I bought it and see if they will exchange it for another one or for something else.

@Grimwald is correct, someone was having a problem with one and with farther checking I found that it was you. So far I've not experienced any problems with the one I have. Granted, it is not my only device but I have changed the coil at least once and have charged it several times with no problems at all.
