hi guys, for a few months now i use the eleaf istick replica from kangside, the bou 30w. it's like the istick 20w, but with the 30w chip. my battery still gets me through the day, but since it's so easily replaceable, i want to upgrade from 2200.to 3200 or 340.mah. what concerns me is i don't know the length of the original battery, so if someone knows that, i'd be happy to hear. thanks.

Please explain "so easily replaceable".
What battery did you put in it when you got it?

Cheers

It's an 18650 battery which means 18mm diameter by 65mm length. So, as long as it's not a button top 18650 (like the star VTC4) or has a super thick wrap, you should be fine. 18650 describes the physical characteristics of the battery.

Also, as it stated in the video, you should use an IMR chemistry battery... Not that Panasonic NCR.

yeah, button tops, "protected" and higher capacity "smthng-fire" batteries vary in size, simetimes like +/- 4 mm, so i wanted to know did they use a standard 18650 or a weird chinese one since on the disassembly videos it looks like the clearances inside its stuffed body seem to be fairly tight.. well, i guess i'll get the 3200 mah 10a samsung 'cause my local shop doesn"t offer the 3500 mah (65,25mm) inr 35e 10a with u-shaped welding poles - figured a good 10a battery should be more than enough for my istick (i vape at a maximum of 10-11w, but more like 8,5w most of the time; and i also don"t go below 1.5ohm on my builds). i'm eyeballing some lg's too..
