The original uses mean, and that - along with threading and fixed pin - are it's weak areas. RMS provides a smoother vape.

Yep. the iStick uses Mean. I'm asking if anyone knows if the mini is using Mean or RMS. I'm actually hoping it's Mean. I love the size of the mini, but 10W is just a tad too low for me on a device that uses RMS. If the mini uses Mean, 10W will be a little hotter and may be perfect for me.

Sorry but in PWM, the highest voltage you can select, is normally the voltage of the pulses, so at the highest voltage there is no significative difference between RMS and mean. :(

Hello my Forum friends. I just finished my review of the mini iStick if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the review Brian. Just found out I won one of these in the eLeaf contest so, will watch that now. I already have the 20 watt and an MVP 2 so I'll be giving
this one to my friend, after I play with it for a day or two. Cheers!
