istick TC 40w ticking/clicking sound

I've just recently noticed that my istick makes a constant ticking/clicking sound. It does so regardless of whether an atomiser is on there, it sounds like a watch.

Anyone know what's causing this/is it normal for the device?

Best to return it if you can to get a replacement.
My istick40 has been fine for over a year with zero
ticking/clicking. Yours sounds defective. Cheers.

Yes, I just tested mine and No noise at all from it. I have heard this about other mod's but they were PWM type. Are you using it in VW or TC mode? Only complaint I have is it doesn't have an SS TC Mode. Did do the unlock for Ti mode in TC.

I would try to return it, my yihi boards buzz when the screen is on but my RX200 is silent as a DNA 200. Not surprising considering Joyetech pretty much cloned Evolv's boards
