Micro USB ports are a pain to replace. I spent some time trying to replace one on my nephew's Galaxy tablet and was almost through when I went back to re-melt a cold joint on the board. When I did, it lifted the trace and made it virtually unrepairable. I was wearing a magnifier headset and using a paper clip wrapped around a Weller soldering tip to prevent damage. Go figure! It was an hour of wasted time for me.

I'm an experienced field engineer who did this kind of stuff for a living, except most of the time we replaced entire boards and sent them back to an outside vendor with micro soldering stations. It wasn't worth our time in the field.

In the case of the Pico $21 w/free shipping is a good deal to solve that problem.
So is there a way to reuse this battery in my istick? It isn't even 2 months old. I took the bottom off an the USB port is lose. I don't know if you know or not

You can take the istick apart, but the batteries inside those and other mods are usually bare cells wrapped with tape to insulate the battery from the case ground. It's probably not going to be an 18650 like you are used to seeing. It will be an unmarked 2200mah cell as you can see below in the iStick disassembly video.

Go to www.RTCVapor.com and buy a Sony VCT6 for $7.99 or a Samsung 30Q for $5.89. Vape shops generally have 200% markups on batteries in my experience. They deal in low volume and buy from the similar vendors online.

You could remove the battery and use it, but the terminals will probably be soldered into the circuit. That, and there's a chance of shorting the battery to the case while removing it. Those are made to use for a couple of years until the battery dies and then you toss it.

The Pico is a well designed unit with replaceable batteries. I really like mine. One of my plain old 20W iSticks is two or three years old and still works fine. When it starts to lose vaping time on a charge I'll toss it and find another on sale for $20 or so.
