Isub G leaking

Just got the mvp 3.0 kit with the isub g tank from myvaporstore love it but the tank leaks from the base of the tank I emailed them don't know what thy can do about it I'm on 50/50

Wow I got a email in 10 mins and thy are mailing me out a new tank and a return label for the old tank A+++++++ for myvaporstore.com
