I guess the title says it all, but I'm gonna share my story anyway, LOL!!! So my starter kit arrived last night, and I dove into that like it was a all male review chippendale mash pit !!!:p
I open my box, and found everything that I was worrying about was needless. I was worried the "shorty" batteries wouldnt cover my amount of smoking, as I found out about batteries a little after I had placed the order. The batteries charged up so quick, and have lasted so long, I'm very happy with the kit. I got so many flavors that I have a different one in each of the blank wow carts I got, and though I'm generally happy about the flavors (some were from a different vendor) of course there are one or two that make me think "YICK! What was I thinking" !!!:?: I was very worried that the cart set from the kit would be skipped due to a computer error during checkout, but it was there, and I liked the flavor they chose for me.
My biggest worry was that I wouldnt be able to walk away from the analogs--I've had a total of maybe 5 (I'm making a very generous guess there, its more like 3, I think) since I've opened the box, and I've even hopped in the car leaving the smokes behind and taking my PV. Of course, it died right then, but after hours of vaping.
Since starting to Vape, I've learned a few things I thought I'd share-

If you put your pack of smokes out of reach and out of sight, you wont accidentally pick them up and light them from habit.
If you are a newport person, the V4L nuport juice is much closer to the taste than I expected. Its a better taste, IMHO.
When you are filling up your blanks ahead of time, make sure you actually grabbed the blank instead of another, similar colored pre-filled cart. Vanilla mocha cool carts do not improve when you add peach juice.
The LED side of the PV doesnt taste good, or produce any vapor. Made ya think, didnt I? Yes, I did that!

Over all, I am thrilled, and think my chances of quitting analogs are very high. I'm so grateful to this site for teaching me about them, and for the support everyones given me so far--you guys are pretty amazing. Vape4life has shown me great customer service and support as well. I only have one complaint--NO FREE SAMPLE?:(
It might not have bummed me out if the receipt in the box hadnt told me to enjoy them-I was kinda looking forward to that, I'll admit. Friday, I'll be placing another order with them, so hopefully that order will include a free sample or two.

Its the best birthday gift I could have chosen for myself, and I'm very much hoping that on the 11th, which is my actual b-day, I'll be able to say I'm analog free for a whole day.:vapor:

Congrats! Hope it helps you quit the analogs.I smoked for the first month or so when I started vaping.Been about 3 weeks since my last cigarette and so far so good.I'm liking the fruit/candy type flavors.I don't really want the cig flavors a lot 'cause I really need to stay off them.I was a 3 pack a day smoker for 30+ years, and a lung cancer survivor this year.I'm cancer free now and don't want to go thru that again! Chemo therapy ain't NO kinda fun !

Only reason I started again was because my second order of carts were duds. I was cig free for 2 weeks. I just thought, "no, you have vape now" so I grab my PV and hit the road. Just smoke the last pack up and dont buy anymore. It's that simple. Just vape! Also very important, put your lighters away in a drawer somewhere. Seeing lighters will trigger an analog attraction more than you could ever imagine.

Thanks guys-you guys are the best, I swear this is the only place in the world you can go and find so much support without having been a member for years! So far, I'm finding I only smoke an analog when I'm re-charging one, and the other dies out sooner than expected-I may be vaping more than I was yesterday. So, I went and added an XL batt to the order I'm putting together for friday. I'm very glad I did it this way,
budgeting and time wise. I knew I'd forget things, or not order enough of something, you get the idea. So a new battery and ppc case, which should really help. I should have ordered more blanks, too--or maybe not have ordered so many flavors to try at one go. But, I'm pretty happy in general, and since I put my smokes out of sight and mind, no issues with leaving them sit--except last night I could not go to sleep without my night time ritual of smoking one right before, sort of my little nighty night ritual. Today, I'm going to try to go all day without one. I really want to be able to say tomorrow that I've gone a whole day without analogs.

Thanks everyone, you guys are so supportive, its amazing! I find I'm only smoking an analog when my batteries are drained, but I've not bought any new packs since the day before my starter kit came. Yesterday, I went the whole day without an analog and was so proud of myself. I'm a---was---a chain smoker. Think Peg Bundy, thats what my husband called me.
He's totally amazed this works for me, and proud to boot. I didnt order myself enough blanks to make it to my next shipment, but I'm going to try my best, order loads of blanks, and see what happens from there. I do know this works for me, and I'd be stupid indeed not to take this opp to change. I'm having a wonderful birthday, thanks for all the good wishes! My wish came true, heres hoping for a speedy delivery of my next shipment, then I'll throw the analogs right out the window. I was very afraid to tell anyone I was doing this, btw. Terrified I'd fail and embarrass myself like so many smokers do when trying to quit. Yesterday and today, I've told my family who are in disbelief. Let me tell you--that was the best birthday present I could have ever gotten!
