went out to the mailbox a few minutes ago and my package arrived. Was excited to open it up but was suprised I didn't get any extra goodies with my Ultimate Auto Kit like everyone claims they usually get. Just the Ultimate Auto Kit and the 5 extra carts I ordered. Even says enjoy your bonuses on my invoice. That's pretty weird. I was looking forward to trying a couple other flavors on the house : (. Gonna charge these batteries up and see what this things all about.

welcome sofo - i hope you enjoy your kit and i think that you'll be glad that you purchased your e-cig from this co. i'm surprise that you didn't get any bonuses, usually they do that.. i'm sure it must of been just an overlook on their part, unless they're going to stop giving out the goodies.. who knows... but enjoy your new e-cig and good luck!

Vaping is a little different than smoking...You will get the hang of it soon. Take slow long drags. I have lots of fruit flavors and some samples that I have never vaped if you would like some to try, pm me you address and I will get some mailed to you. I am so set in my flavors now I dont even open the free samples anymore.

Definitely an art to it. You get it down after a while. Slow and steady

Also, this may sound odd, but don't beat yourself up too much if you slip and have an analog while trying to make the switch.

I actually think the couple times that I slipped, within the first 3 days, actually helped me to stay off them. When you're first trying the e-cigs, your brain still glamorizes the analogs, and somewhere in the back of your mind, they still sound so... damn... good.... But after vaping for a while, and finding flavors you really love, an analog tastes absolutely HORRIBLE. The last one I had (on day 3) tasted very strongly like burning pavement. I found myself staring at the burning ember, wondering why in hell I was breathing all these noxious fumes, just to get at this tiny bit of nicotine in the leaves... Seemed absolutely idiotic. Couldn't wait to go back inside and puff on some delicious vapor, so I put it out after 3 drags, and did just that. Haven't even wanted another analog since.

Hey sofo,

Great to see another boston area vaper on here. welcome.

You will get used to it in time. You gotta find the sweet spot, which takes some time. Its changing your habbit to drawing less air than from an analog but making sure that its not too little to stop the battery from firing up the atomizer in the cart.

Once your used to it, with a WOW cart and freshly charged battery you can produce some serious vapor.

Bpaul:
I definately understand what you are saying about the 'glomour' of an analog. I still get this some times, though its pretty mild. Even after 8 weeks, I get that little glamorized thought ocasionally. Just the, hmmm I wonder if its really that bad.

Though I kind of think this is due to the fact that I had been smoke free nearly 2 weeks when I started vaping, instead of picking analogs back up. And also, I generally dont use tobacco flavors. I usually just pick up a good strong vape, like caramel or sour cherry (which are my strongs in rotation right now) and I am fine.

Gravity: I had one slip, in between my 2 weeks and vaping. I kept it to only 1. Man it was the worst thing ever.
But the 15 minutes up to that stupid thing was something else. I thought it was going to feel like a I was on a beach in bermuda with a pina colada with a cool breeze.
But all I got was, choking on an ashtray... lol
Then I realized, if I wanted to taste a pina colada, I could just buy that flavor. lol.

Though I still have those moments. Tonight actually being one of them, where I just feel like I want one.

My one month mark was a couple days ago. Outside at work, I was vaping with my smoking buddies, and curiosity got the better of me and I took a hit off a friend's analog. One small hit, and I thought I was gonna die. I can't believe I smoked those things for 17 years.

been two months for me. i bought a cigar 4 days ago (my prefered brand) just for sh!#$ and giggles, took three drags and almost threw up. i cant belive how disgusting it was. i just dont understand how i could have kept smoking after the very first time i tasted an analog.

I'm loving this thing, Only had 3 cigs since I woke up and my package arrived. Was out drinking all night tonight and the vaporking was a hit. Too much fun lol. Its nice to just take a nice lil pull off the vape every once in a while instead of smoking a whole cancer stick. Also love that I don't stink like butts. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
