Chimney55....when I started I found that the peanut butter cup (although i don't taste any chocolate in it) from mist-stix (code ecf) was a go to for me...it was the only one that I tried in the beginning that has continued to be on my list of continued vapes. I can't really compare it to any other peanut butters because I haven't tried any others, but I haven't needed to because that one is really good. Since I just made my first order from fsusa a month ago I've only tried a few flavors from them, but butterscotch almond is really really good.

I'm a peanutbutter-a-holic. There's NO SUCH THING as a too strong of a peanut butter flavor!

This is true. I've been a slave of analogs for over 37 years and have traveled to a few different places. I've adjusted to just about any kind of "crap" that could get me my nicotine fix. (If you've ever smoked "Gitanes" or "Gauloise" you'd know what I mean. After 2 years of smoking them, I still thought that they tasted like dirty gym socks on fire!) I've only changed "brands" because of finances not because of taste. If I choose a certain brand to smoke, it's not because it "tastes good", but because it didn't taste as crappy as the others.

I am in the same boat as you the only difference is I have not had a analog for over 15 weeks. I have tried almost every vendor on ecf due to reviews and ravings about the "flavors" and "omg this is so close to the real thing". I have sunk ALOT of money into different vendors and juices and to this day I still am not getting it. There is not one flavor that I have gotten that even comes close to what I think it's suppose to be like.
I also took the advice of "different voltages makes things taste better or different". So I have everything from 808 batteries to variable voltage mods and everything in between and I still am not getting it. I have tried all methods too. Carts ,carto's, dripping and none of them make it taste any different.
I don't think it has anything to do with my taste buds at this point. I honestly don't know what it is. I currently use one juice exclusively only because its the only one that doesn't taste "weird".
I feel for you because I am right where you are. I just hope you can find that "one" juice that's going to do it for you.
For me, I don't see that happening anytime soon!

You may need to let the juice steep longer. (I had a flavor that wasn't real great and put it in the bad of the cabinet and forgot about it for 6 weeks or so. When I tried it again - OMG, it's fabulous)

hope that helps.

Haven't heard about this. I had one bottle of RY4 that tasted horrible, it would "gag a maggot" as we say in the south. This was during the 100º + heat wave, I wondered if the temp during shipment caused it to go bad.

To the OP, I personally don't think any liquid vape is going to taste "exactly" like a particular cig or flavor. After trying a few, I found something I like and stuck with it. I don't care for the various chocococoberrypie flavors, I like RY4 & DKTab.

What I noticed early on, I tried a chocolate flavor by dripping a single drop on the atty. Didn't like it, and then for hours I could still taste the chocolate. It would be difficult to try many different "pure" flavors unless you had a bunch of fresh attys/carts.

The whole point for me was to quit analogs, I was determined to do so and the vape satisfied my cravings. The flavor to me is far better than analog, after getting used to vaping technique.

I'm male, and it appears to me that more females use the "exotic" flavors.

So glad I found this thread! My experiences in the month I've been vaping have been very similar. Many vendors will add extra flavor even if they don't have it listed. When you order, write in the comment box that you would like extra flavor. I believe it was FSUSA that did that for me and it did help some. I can't say it helps with all flavors though. I do not taste tiramasu, almond joy or peanut butter cup flavors. So far, the juices I have found that do give me a semi-accurate taste (and, yes, this is subjective, but may give you a starting point) have been: (BWB does not do extra flavor)

BWB-espresso
BWB-peach (very strong, like it, but can only vape for a short time)
BWB-honey flu (slightly sweet tobacco, only tobacco I like so far)
VB-waffle (probably the one that tastes the most like the real thing! Really like it with extra flavor, 5V makes it taste like its dripping in your mouth!)
VB-cinnabomb, this is great, but strong and will live in your atty forever)
FSUSA-hopscotch and butterscotch almond (also 2 of my favs, with extra flavor)

Also, remember, try to maintain a higher PG as that gives more flavor, and VG gives better TH and vapor. I use 80PG/20VG or 70/30. I love a lot of vapor, don't really care about TH, but has to have FLAVOR.

I feel the same except I must admit, I am still on analogues. I have only tried two vendors for juice - but to me all the flavours taste like perfume! My original coffee flavour is the only one that doesn't taste "weird" to me. The perfume taste is so horrible, that I have been very discouraged.:(

Hi Rudi1034
"man that was crazy long" I can feel your anxiety all the way here. I use 36mg nicotine juices exclusively. Some of the ones I thought I'd like were horrible and others a pleasant surprise. I was a fairly heavy smoker for over 45 years. Sometimes I "chain vape" like in the mornings or after I eat. I would suggest that you get some high level nicotine flavors that don't smell offensive to you. Peppermint and cinnamon both work for me but not as an all day thing. I use 555 most of the time. I don't much care for it but it works with the urges. I have a few others on order which I'm waiting for.
Someday I'll find one I really like, I hope, and things will be different.
Your tastes will change as you go along so, if I were you, I wouldn't go buying the half gallon economy size just yet.
Good luck and take care :)

FOR ALL OF YOU PEOPLE THAT SEEM TO BE HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR TASTE BUDS, AND EVEN WITH FOOD. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEANING YOUR POLYFILL EVERY 24 HOURS. IT CAN GET RANCID TO THE POINT THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN TASTE FOOD -ALL FROM INHALING ON A RANCID OR OLD POLYFILL. CLEAN IT GOOD. TRY A NEW ONE.

ALSO WITH THE ATOMISER BLOW OUT EVERYNIGHT LET STAND UP OVERNIGHT. AND DO ALITTLE DRY BURNING. TRY PUTTING THAT OLD ATOMISER THAT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE BACK ON THE BATTERY AND HIT THE MANUAL BUTTON BURNING UNTIL YOU SEE A RED ORANG TO COIL. PULSE ON AND OFF BURNING RESIDUAL. NOT TOO LONG OR WILL BURN IT OUT. BUT AFTER YOU SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH NEW PLUMES OF SMOKE AND TASTE. KEEP YOUR STUFF CLEAN. That's what I have learned. Remember the 24 hour period I went through not even tasting food right. Turned out to be a 2nd day on the same polyfill I had been drenching the day before without cleaning or replacing. 35 year smoker. No analogs since Oct. 7. Life is good...!

I'm not doing very well in the taste dept. right now either. All I have are tobacco flavors all of which taste exactly the same and sometimes like nothing at all. I'm just grateful that it cuts the craving for analogs so I'm ok with it. I'm just hoping it is due to dead taste buds due to smoking and that it will improve over time. My RY4 is the only one that still has some flavor, but it has been dropping off lately as well.
