Meanwhile, the anti-smokers get away with scientific fraud, falsely blaming smoking for diseases that are really caused by infection.

Wow, I guess the ANTZ/FDA/WHO, et al. didn't get the judge(s) to drink enough 'Koolaid' to kill all of their brain cells.

I wonder if such challenge would hold in court in US. Or is there some law saying "we can tax as we like - everything goes".

Have e-cigarettes/vapor products ever lost in court? This seems to be a rising trend that when facts are brought forth in a setting where propaganda is not admissible the ANTZ lose.

It's debatable if having them classified as a tobacco product is a win.

If he had not said they were not a medical product and stopped the FDAs illegal import ban I doubt if we would be having this conversation on an open web site.

I don't think think the US taxes are actually written to be based on the health impact of tobacco products, that's just how they sell them to the public.
