iTaste 134 light is always red

i was using my iTaste 134 mini when randomly the light went from green to yellow then red. now no matter what battery i put in it the light is always red. i tried cleaning the connecters and swapping coils in my tank, however nothing changes the light back to green. has anyone ever had this problem before, or does anyone know how to fix it

When you turn it on it flashes green to yellow to red, that indicates it is on. And red means you should charge your battery

Check the wattage setting, it might be to high.
