I have an aerotank on mine and wrap 1.1ohm nano coils with cotton and run mine on 11watts and it chucks vapor and flavor, i love it.

Just buy a new tank dude...I recommend the aspire nautilus...if you don't want that one get something else someone recommends

Mine's been working fine but it's huge and weighs a ton.

Is there a top cap for these that uses a regular drip tip?

I vape iClears too, and have the same problem with the iClear30. My personal method is to tip the mod completely level, then just roll it in complete circles a few times, and that is usually sufficient to resaturate the wicks. This has become a constant thing with my iclear30 though.

Also, yes, the taste of juices is very muted, due mostly to the little rubber cap over the air hole- I cut the little cone extension off mine (off the cap itself), and it seemed to improve a bit.

Anyway, I would still use an iClear30 over a ProTank any day, as it is has much fewer problems with leaks and inconsistency...currently vaping an iClear 30X.I (pyrex iClear) and haven't had a single leak since I opened it yesterday.

I like Kangertech products... but, someone already said that. - Evods, protanks etc..

I have 2 Mvp's ... first one I have came with Iclear 30 like yours.. and one I got from Fasttech came with two 1-clear 16's ... ugh for all 3... I guess I just have to mess around with them more and give them more attention...

I also think I got spoiled on bottom coils.

No other suggestions related to clearo's ... but... I do have another MVP recommendation and that is - to get a skin for it? ... like I said, I have 2 MVPs- one has a textured skin (black mamba) ... and the other has the stock finish. I find the stock finish slippery and have dropped it twice in a week -- maybe cause I am used to the skin on the other one? I dunno....plus it looks better just my 2 cents.

-- P.S -- I just re-wicked 11 kangertec coils today - at a cost of .04 per coil --(fastech premade wicks).. these coils work in both the Evods and the protank 2 ... no leaks, no flooding, no issues.... taste great

Thanks for the "PS" - I just ordered bunches of those pre-made wick / coils from fasttech. Was hoping they'd work well with pt2 minis & mt3s heads.

Do you think their 4 wick versions would work with the i16's? At that price, I bought a set of those too, to experiment with.

Rebuild your heads. I can rebuild a pt2 head in about 5 minutes and costs about a nickel

Hi guys. Im new to the forum and just had a question about the iclear 30 and the mvp. On my mvp i cant go above 9w withought getting a burnt taste. Any ideas? Also even on lower settings (i run it at 8.5w) i cant really get more than 3 puffs in withough getting a burnt taste. Then i have to sit and wait awhile and tilt and turn it in order to get flavor and no burnt taste when i puff again. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Depends on the juice and tank you're using as well and the resistance of the Coils. I had that before (not with the iClear 30 cause I disliked it right off the bat and prefer BCC.) with my Mini Protank 2...I upgraded my tank to the Aerotank and can vape up to 4.4 on some juices depending on what it is.

personally didnt care fore the i-clear, the burned taste, the short life span I got on the first 2 coils, and they are plastic.....mine's just sitting in a box now.

I have the MVP 2 and set it on 7.5 watts. I use my tried and true Evod clearomizers with 1.8 coils and get great flavor and vapor.

I did not like the top wicks on the iClear 30 or on the 16's.
