I'm not sure, got it off an official innokin distributor here in the UK (very reliable company and have ordered lots off them). Will be emailing them in the morning. Its really strange because it has been working flawlessly since I got it. Could it be a leak?

Do you clean the top whenever you fill the tank? And wipe any excess of of the bottom of the clear, just in case it leaked a little? This is always a good practice. Not 100% sure that these are sealed but mine look like they are. That may be a question for the vendor you purchased from.

If nothing is firing but other items are charging from it... Is it possible the center pin got pushed down too far? Where you connect your iclear, or your protank. The 510 connection.

Mine doesn't vibrate either when charging. That startled me when I read that. Please be careful with it. I'm so sorry this is happening to you, I know I'd be going out of my mind. Most definitely contact the seller and keep us posted as well.

No unfortunately I don't, every now and then I'll wipe the bottom though but its not a regular habit! Do you reckon it could be due to leakage?
That is always a possibility. But I would think it would take quite a bit of juice getting into the vaping well(the area around the center pin) to cause a problem. If there is liquid there take a q-tip and clean, try not to push down on the center pin, but clean around it. Or take the tip of a napkin or paper towel to clean it out.
Did you try to vape while on the charger?
:)

Maybe, e-juice is not good for electronics. :(

The vibrations since the get go make me think you had a bad unit all along and it finally caught up with itself. I hope the vendor will help you. I would definitely point out that it has always vibrated and you thought it was normal but other MVP2 owners (me) have never felt such a sensation in their devices.

Fair enough, I thought it was supposed to feel like that! But yeah I will definitely look into it, will be calling the store the minute it opens. I'm not sure if the pin is pushed down too much, I just connected both my clearos and it doesn't feel different to what it used to. Its really strange because technically it should work. It's such a shame though because it has been an absolute champion the past month. Will keep you guys posted!

See if this helps you. It's an ego battery in the video, but same principle. Don't have your battery plugged in if you do this. I've never tried this myself, mind you.

Yes, this method will work,(I have done this many times) but not for the lights not coming on. But give it a go, just be careful not to lift it too much.

I had a spinner that was doing the same thing and the charger light worked. After putting it in rice and bringing up the pin, still nothing worked. Fortunately I had a spare charger and it charged and no problems since. So what I thought was a good charger, actually turned into a dud. Good luck with the shop u bought it from. I hope they exchange it if it's broke.
