I got two for different vendors. Both are paperweights now. Too bad.

I've had mine for just over 3 months. Nothing but good to say about it. Sorry to hear that you've had problems, LF. It might be that your vendor happened to get a bad batch, it happens. And I agree, leaving it in the sun isn't Innokins fault...

Nothing but clear skies here. I've had mine for a few weeks, been abusing it like crazy and getting about 2 full days with heavy vaping.

There were problems with the very first one, but innokin quickly updated the original to a version 2, with working ego threading and some other minor adjustments, and the build-quality is incomparable.

Version 3 might be out later this year, but these are as solid as they come.

...I own a $1500 mac that I can't change the battery in and a $500 phone I can't change the battery in. It's a little silly to worry so much over a $50 dollar product. I'm just a chronic researcher.

I have a laptop I can change the battery in, a phone i can change the battery in and a mod I can change the battery in, lol

I have been researching manufactures and supplies and although most do say the battery can be recharged 300 times the itaste details state it is a long lasting battery, but doesn't state minimum number of charger cycles. However the manufacturer does warranty the battery for 6 months.

I have been looking at them also, I think they are neat since you can use them to charge your sell phone or ipod.

Just ordered the MVP here from Fasttech. If I get 6 months out of it I will be happy. If I get a year+ out of it, I will be thrilled. I've been wanting a box shaped mod, and really couldn't beat the price. I paid about the same amount that I use to spend on a single carton of cigarettes for the Itaste MVP.

Did the same yesterday and i totally agree with you, for the price if i get 6 months out of it, it's more than enough for a good looking mod with good battery and 2 clearo's :p

I know this is a little dated, but fount it when looking for a tear down thread to try to fix mine later....

The 510 connection is the weakest link... Well, if you are rough on it. With out thinking about it, I used to keep my cartos screwed in when pulling my tanks off. This cause the 510 connection to become loose over time, and as of today it quit firing. I used to be able to wiggle it in to place and it would work again, but not this last time. Also, With in the first month I had it, I had the device and a charging cable in my bag I take to the office. I smelt buring wires one day when I set it on my desk. I had forgot to switch the output off when I was using it to charge my cell phone. Guess that kept the USB plug pretty acitve, and while sliding around in my back pack, the micro USB end got lodged insite the USB port and was burning it up lol. Smelled pretty bad, but worked without issues for 6 months until the 510 gave.

Long story short, no doubt this thing would have lasted me a year had I not been so rough on it, and it still might as long as I can get the case open. If I can't fix it tonight, I fully plan on ordering another one. Just the battery life alone is a selling point, most of my other mods just sit now.
