1 is what it is rated. I've heard it'll go to .8. Mine seems whacky at those levels though. Doing the calculations with ohms law calculator I'm sure it's not putting out what it reads. Even a 1.2 coil set at 11W on my MVP doesn't fire as warm as the mod for some reason. But I think if I remember correctly the MVP is limited at 3 amps so even if it fires at .8 you aren't getting correct readings. Anything over 1.2 ohms is going to be over that amp limit.

Pretty much spot on. I didn't verify the math but the ".8 ohms and 3 amps" are for sure. IMO I find most regulated devices work best at 1.5 ohms or higher. Once you get lower than that the amp limit tends to becoming annoying.

I was under the impression that the mvp2 would not even fire under 1.3. Good question. I would like to know myself. Doesn't matter thought cause I love the mvp2 and I have no interest in low ohms. I think if that is what you are really interested in, I would get a mechanical mod. I have one of those and still not interest in subohms but I see a lot of people are. Good luck to you and welcome to ecf. :vapor:
