Question about modifying color on my setup

I have a Kangertech ProTank V2 with an iTaste MVP battery.

My question was this;

Is it possible, or does anyone have any experience with changing the color of the top and bottome stainless steel parts of the iTaste MVP battery and the metal parts of the ProTank V2?

I know it would require painting, but I was wondering if anyone has tried this before and if it was doable?

it is doable but have you thought of vinyl wraps? a little easier and not as nearly as messy.

Are you suggesting just regular vinyl wraps, or custom vinyl wraps for specific models?

Also, while I do like your idea, I feel it may be prone to peeling, whereas if its painted o more preferably powder coated it would last a bit longer...
