Hello all!

I just got my iTaste SVD yesterday and after a night of heavy vaping I am continuing on the same battery into the next day without any issues. I'd say I'm really happy with the vaping experience so far! :vapor:

I'm a little confused as to the battery voltage indicator. After I fully charged my first 18650 battery, I pressed the + button and I'm pretty sure it showed 2.1V. Now after using it for almost the entire night it's showing 3.7V and the fire button lights up yellow. How is it that as the battery discharges it's showing a higher V reading? Wouldn't it be the other way around? How do I know when it will be running out? Around what voltage reading will that be?

I have my 2nd 18650 standing by.

Edit:
I was initially overwhelmed by the different display options and mistook the Ohms indicator for the battery charge level. The battery voltage has been decreasing as I continue using it. I'm still on the first 18650 battery now on the second day showing a charge level of 3.6V and still going.

You can check battery remaining as I posted or by the color indication from the on button when held.

Green is over 3.8
Yellow is 3.6-3.8
Red is under 3.6

Of course if you have stacked batteries that will differ, and you should release remaining voltage by holding the on button 5 second when in the off position before chanhing between single and stacked.

Maybe I wasn't used to that last night when I first started using it. I'm just pretty sure that the battery indicator showed a smaller Voltage number and then it started going up which is what didn't make any sense to me. I will keep an eye on it and see how it behaves after more vaping. As I've said, it's at 3.7 V now and the fire button is yellow. Still vapes fine though.

What kind of 18650? Inspect the battery?

I'm using these Panasonic

I just put in the other fully charged 18650 and it shows it at 4.1V. I think it's entirely possible that last night when I first put everything together and before I was sure how to get the charge level to display I might've seen the resistance indicator (2.6) and mistook that for the battery charge level. I continued vaping on the first battery I put in last night just now for another hour and it dropped down from 3.7V to 3.6V. I think it was just an user error on my part.

Are those batteries I linked good? Should I maybe go for the green Panasonic ones that sell on Fasttech? Just wondering.
