iTaste vv 3.0 issues.

A couple things..

1) the - button no longer works which means I can't lower my voltage, or even use the Ohm reader on it.

2) I have a Davide tank, but I get no draw from it on the iTaste but it works when I put it on my basic Ego I have as a backup. Any suggestions or is this thing just broke at this point?

How old is it? Can you contact the vender for a replacement?

I didn't get a response to an email either. It's been a month and I just sent another email over the weekend.
