iTaste VV V.30 Drawing Too Much Power/Not Charging

I plugged my VV into the micro usb charger it came with, and an apple wall adapter when the light had turned yellow indicating low charge. The light started flashing, put the "innokin light show" wouldn't stop. After a few cycles of the lights I unplugged it. I've tried different cords and different adapters put it won't charge. It still fires fine. I tried pulling it into my laptop and I had a warning pop up saying it's drawing too much power. I can take it into my local shop tomorrow, but anyone have any advice?
