iTaste VV is compatible with most cartomizers on the market by using its special adapters, such as 808D, 510, RN4081, 901, 8105, Tidy, etc;
Yes it will also take a CE4 with an adaptor, not the pen cap- it won't fit over the Stardust. I think you have to purchase adaptors separately.
I can't comment on its performance, but it has had some really good reviews. I considered it when I first looked into vv's and opted for a Twist to save the hassle of possible compatibility issues. The Chameleon is especially good looking.
As for the Lava tube, it seems most they're a bit like Marmite, you either love it or hate it.
Again, I can't comment as I don't have any experience on them, I'm waiting for the release and reviews on the Zmax before I finally make a choice on a serious VV.
