I honestly haven't the slightest idea. I've only had it a few weeks and the only thing I've changed is the coil because I burnt it up when it was out of liquid. But my MVP wasn't hitting as well as his even before that so I doubt it's relevant.

What do you put on top of the MVP? I assure you it's probably relevant. The flashing green light could mean a few things. A short in your atomizer, or even the ten second cut off. Do you hold the button for more than ten seconds?

When you say you had your MVPs drill pressed you mean the air holes in the beauty ring?

What kind of tank are you using? What kind is your fiancee using? Have you tried using his?

Even two identical clearomizers won't always work exactly the same way. Resistance can vary, airflow can vary, wicks can vary.

I'm not sure that I hold it for 10 seconds but I suppose it's plausible since the airflow is so weak. I'm
Using the tank it came with, as is he, iClear 16B. Yes, just air holes. Would a higher resistance get better air flow or a lower?

The delivery device / topper ( what you put juice in) on top of the power device (mvp) makes a big difference in the vape quality you get.
Could be the head in your delivery device is a different resistance than is in his or you're using a different flavor, pg/vg, nic mg, then there is differences in wicking ability & airflow.

Literally everything but the design/colors on the vape and the juice flavor are the same. I could try swapping tanks when he gets home though and see if that makes a difference.

What I was saying is that even if they are identical products they can still have slight differences that alter the way they perform. Remember, all of this stuff is made in China, quality control can be hit or miss.

Sounds like you need to experiment with a few of the dozen or so other cleromizers on the market, each has their own positives & negatives.
Most folks have to try several to find what works best for them, if you like more airflow/easier draw one with an airflow control might suite you better.
Resistance = ohms of the coil, doesn't have anything to do with airflow / ease of draw.

The main reason to own a VV/VW power device is the variable power, experimenting with different power levels to find what you like best is the only way to find your vaping sweet spots.
The Iclear 16b isn't one of the better / less problematic clearo's.

ive had my mvp energy series for a while now and yeah I hold the button for more than 10 sec it flashes all the time ive used the 16b it sucks then I drilled the holes out and it worked a little better I need to get a smaller ohm coil for it I mostly use my nautilus with BVC 1.6 and 1.8 coils and my aerotank v1 with a 1.5 on all setting and it does a great job even the liquid you use effects because the liquid has all kinds of setup 2
