Ithaka and premade NR/R/NR wires?

Hey all, I found a good deal on an Ithaka and am excited about learning how to build one. I have read allot of threads on here, watched allot of videos and it really doesn't look that hard to build the wires but I did see where you can order some premade from Stormys site. But some people say they are not long enough and others say they work great...

To me this seems to be about the best looking build of the wires.... How to: Diver set-up coils - YouTube anyone use this?

I have ordered some matching gauge pure silver wire to try out from here.... .999 Fine Silver 30 Gauge Round Dead Soft Wire when I make my own but have read where they are easily broken...any tips or videos I can watch?

And finally...Is there a big difference in performance between the silver and nickel wire?

Silver breaks easily, you have to be gentle. It may help if you twist the silver to make it thicker. I had 30g silver never again. But it works till you break it.

Well darn...the 30 gauge is what i ordered! Does it help to heat it a little? I guess i need to get some nickle wire

Nnoooo it will melt quick , don't try to heat and compress a micro or it will break if your not carefull
