Ok, so I've completed the initial build on my Hana style box from FT with a Evolv DNA30D board. Currently I'm using buttons from RadioShack while I wait for ones I ordered from Germany which are low profile panel mount with square top keys and round through hole.



I had my moments and actually had to desolder the first set of wires because they were solid core and repeated movement of the board the adjust the screen created breakage of a couple of wires. Anyway reassembled with stranded 22ga for all the buttons and 20ga solid core for atomizer and battery leads.

I replaced the case screws with magnets 1/8th dia x 1/16th high which provide a little less the 1/2lb holding which is more than enough for this case.

Gotta love those tiny magnets. I picked up 24 of them just for mods. Super glue holds them in well. They are MORE than powerful enough!

I thought I was going to need to glue mine in but found that they press fit snugly to the point that I couldn't add glue if I wanted to. Can't get them out without drilling which was the point anyway!

Very cool. The FDV top cap looks awesome, and is a huge improvement over the stock alternative.
