nah, tech is your department. this concept doesn't even have an LED 8-o. just a straight forward and simple equation of (juice + atomizer) + battery = joy.
almost 2 full days now without having to reach for a juice bottle or a fresh batt. works for me!.

About 5-6 ml; about the size of a CR123A.

Another possiblity, that I pushed some time ago, is to put the juice 'behind' the atty. The 'bridge' or new feed mechanism would be behind too.

Is it still manual (requires a button press to feed)?

You should think carefully about IP design protection before so much as showing anyone (unless the mechanism cannot be guessed this way). Just a thought.

eh, it's basically just my Fang combined with a 18650, juice volume upped to 6ml. nothin' fancy. just working with what i have. i'd thought about the juice behind the atty thing too, utilizing the vacuum hole as a port, but nixed the idea for the time being. ATM i just want a self contained unit that works, i don't care the juice gets there by magic or by union labor, as long as i don't have to fiddle with the dang thing every five minutes.

btw ~ love your work, man. you and the others are blowing me away! wish i could understand more of it, but what i do get is inspiring! if y'all ever get into taking custom orders i have an idea for a board i'd love to be able to integrate for my King Cobra concept.

I am still in awe of prototyping skills. I'd buy an instructional DVD on those alone. Seriously...your making stuff by hand that looks like it came right out of a GD injection mold....WTF? My mind is blown by this.

I can't find ANYTHING about custom forming the PVC or whatever you use to such a degree.

i am being dense here (and not intensionly), what do you mean? none, zero, no one, nobody wants this? it`s been on my mind from your first post, and i am wishing i felt better to try some as great as this.
