Your mom said not to say...
Years ago I was a supervisor in a plastic injection molding shop. I can tell you first hand that you are looking at a tidy sum of money just for the molds alone! Molds are what the hot plastic is injected into and formed, they are the heart of the plastic injection shops. If you don't have a mold all that you have is a pile of melted plastic. That will be your biggest cost upfront. The initial run will cost quite a few thousand dollars as well since you are paying for the material, the employess running the presses, and other minor expenses. So the first step would be to find a mold design firm to make the mold, you can get a ballpark figure for what that would cost by doing some research and making some inquiries but I would not expect anything less than around 8-10k for the mold if not more, I think that might be on the low side, the only thing that helps to keep cost down is the size of the mold. Depending on how you go with it where the mold presses out one single unit (relatively small so cheap) or multiple units in one injection (bigger so it cost more to make). Personally I would gladly pay good money for one of these, they are a smart design. I think the only thing that would do a better job of dispersing the liquid would be a fuel injector like in automobile engines, I think that is the perfect device for injecting juice into the atomizer.

Make it in metal (plastic sucks and is one of the top reasons JS haters hate the JS), make in a sleeker profile to be easier to carry... and you've got a winner.

hey, have at it.

i can't say as i follow up what Janty does anymore, ever since their whole "Cameo" promotion BS tactic ~ "hmm, i've an idea! let's promote the crap out of a product that we don't have, set a release date that we have no intention of keeping, after which we'll collect marketing feedback based on a couple of cr*ppy CAD renderings for our non-existant device to see if we still want to make it."

sounds like a plan to me

all this after i'm told (by Janty) they have no interest in my SideWinder because they have a similar product in the works. what a joke.

i'd love to make it in either cast or extruded aluminum, but i'm afraid presently i don't have the resources at my disposal. Alcoa i'm not.

where is tinear ,can i buy this mod .?i want all in one this is the best way !

i'm afraid there are no plans for production of this particular unit at this time, hence "concept". i trully appreciate your enthusiastic interest, though. thank you.

Tooling for extrusions of the small diameter of the two chambers would not be that expensive. While I have decades of experience designing with aluminum extrusions ( believe I sent you a link when I offered to help you), I know nothing of casting. For the rest I'd probably cut from billet and refine with CNC. It would feel substantial in the hand like a fine watch and could likely save your life in a bar fight. The finished product wouldn't be cheap but could be done in fairly small quantities.

If the classic Les Pauls behind you in one of your videos are real, they could probably finance the project.

....please don't take that as a slight...

i see no slight implied nor is one taken. i don't think there is anything in existence that i myself couldn't look at and think of some if even minor change that would suit my personal preferences better, excepting, of course, for my wife ~ who's habit of looking over my shoulder at whatever i'm doing i find very endearing......
