Some of you guys have asked and wonder how he customized the PVC. Not sure if he ever answered that. Just guessing but I am wondering if it was as simple as cutting different sized PVC then simply sanding it to shape. It sure would take a long time but in the end you would have something that looks custom molded.

jxmiller, I know he mentioned extruding and shaping via heating....think there was mention of resin as well.

It still seems like a great deal of work and a good workbench worth of stuff, to get the kind of precision. Just a little envious of the skills!

What ever came of this mod? I thought he had mentioned he was going to maybe produce and sell them for custom orders.

Would be a cool device to have! Be nice if the pics were still up!
