Glad you know better not to judge until you have a complete set up. Can't wait to hear what you think after a new tube and the RM2! Also....if you havent tried KGD cotton yet, it's awesome. Only time I've gotten a dry hit was when I completely spaced squonking when I first got my REO....LOLOL

Heyo! Yup, I know about KGD, but when I tried to order some this week it was out of stock everywhere. Plus it's expensive, but if it's that much better than organic cotton balls I'd still like to try it.

And thanks to everyone else for chiming in. I just put an order in for an RM2, repair kit, extra bottles, 2mm silica (to try), and an extra spring, so I'll be ready for a true test drive soon (as long as I can get the new 510 and gaskets in myself).

At the rate money is flying out of my pocket I should've just bought a brand new Reo. :p With that said, it's kind of nice to learn the ropes with a beater so when I master it I can reward myself with a new one.

I should get my RM2 and such in the mail tomorrow, so I thought I'd ask another question. I do like all sorts of e-liquid (desserts, fruits, and some sweet tobacco mixes like Tribeca, Bounty Hunter, etc.) but my "all day vape" while I'm at work is Halo SubZero, a very strong menthol.

So... should I dedicate a separate tube and bottle JUST for menthols? And beyond that, will that be enough or should I not even put menthol in my Reo until I buy a second one (which we all know will happen)?

Thanks for the continued help, you crazy cats.

I have a very dull sense of taste. For the longest time I compensated for that with menthol juices (with various other flavours mixed in) because you feel a menthol, not just taste it.

Dialing in my preferred build on an RM (2 at first, 3 these days) took away that need - the flavour and TH just plain kick. That said, I spent a long while in my early days on the reo vaping menthol. It definitely hangs around in the bottle and the tube (not like pluid, tho). A little bit in the atty, too, but that's removed with a good cleaning.

My advice would be definitely a separate bottle, ideally a separate reo :)) I'm not trying to enable, I'm really not). If you go just the bottle route, clean the tube before using another juice.

Wait, what? Sorry, for some reason the words you typed are all jumbled together, but it's starting to get clear... what's that? Oh, I think I can read it now... yes, it's getting clearer. Buy another Reo Grand? That's what you're saying, right? Buy another Reo Grand? :D

Usually I just top off my REO's bottles. With menthol I noticed the flavor will really linger. Now it is not something I mind too much. But when I find I don't want menthol at all it is still there. Eventually it goes away even without rinsing the bottle and tubing.
