All right, just another quick post to just comment on the outstanding customer service from most suppliers.
So, right before I left Germany, I placed an order with Fuzion Vapors that didn't get there in time. (APO can be hit and miss, kinda like your favorite sports team)
APO had to forward it to my leave address, and of course, it was utterly destroyed. Most survived, due to the adorable tiny airbag pockets known as bubble wrap, but my beloved Purple Pieman didn't survive 2 trips across the Atlantic.
Sent an email off to them, and quite quickly received a response, an apology, and we worked something out to replace my broken shipment. Again, I put this on the infamous APO shipping, not Fuzion Vapors. Still the fact that they are making it right in their eyes shows exemplary customer service. This is the interaction, the going above and beyond that makes me fiercely loyal. Shane, you guys are all right in my book. Thanks Again, Fuzion Vapor!!
