So I was filling my new terminator oddy clone with my favorite juice XTC from fuZion vapor - handcrafted eliquid and ejuice, this was a brand new 30 ml flavor boost bottle ($15) and for the first time ever, as I have had many many 30ml bottles from him, the top cap popped off spilling my juice all over my table, shirt, and laptop. So I snap a pic and email Shane from Fuzion, told him what happened, sent the email at 9:14, got a reply back from him at 9:18 saying "I gotchya bro, no worries" and then at 9:24 exactly I got my shipping conformation.
Thats 10 min from my initial e-mail to the time I got the shipping conformation. In my experience Shane has givin me the best customer service I have ever received from ANY company, not just E-cig stuff, ANY company. Aside from being rather sticky, I am a very happy boy.
