Hello!
I want to make the transition to vape from analogs. I tried once by picking up a BLU starter kit and I quickly went back to analogs after about 4 days because the draw and "throat hit" was rather dissatisfying and weak. Since then I've had a few co-workers tell me I should get a more sohpisticated device that can give me what i'm looking for. I've spent that last few days looking at devices and it's come down to 3 models.
Provari - This seems to be the best of the bunch in regards to reviews I've seen and the people I know who own one say they're the best one they've ever used. It's a very pricey device and I think it's kind of ugly, so I'm not entirely sold on making that big of a leap as my budget for this is about $150.00.
Segelei ZMAX V5 - I really like the look of this model, and I've seen many reviews say it's a step below the Provari and works really well. However I hear this thing breaks really easy if it is dropped. I'm not an accident prone person, but I do have dogs/cats that are notorious for knocking things off of surfaces. I can find a kit for about 100 bucks after shipping, but it doesnt come with a battery or any juice. So after everything is bought, it looks like I'm spending about $130-140.
Volcano Lavatube - We have a vendor here for this model. Looks nice, it's a bit chubby and doesnt look to include all of the same features as the other two, but people say that it's sold and can take a drop or two and is a good way to get started. I can get a a complete kit for about 140.00 at the local vendor here. One thing that bothers me is that these come from the same people who make BLU, and as stated I did not have any luck with them.
Are there other factors that I should looking at? I am pretty new to this and have been lurking these forums for about 3 days now.
I'm a moderate smoker. 2-5 during the work week and 0-7 on the weekends depending on how much drinking I do. A pack usually lasts me 10-14 days. My wife and I have started going to the gym again after a 2 year hiatus and my lungs are not what they were then due to a decade of smoking and an extra 30 lbs. Plus, it would be wonderful not to have to listen to her complain about dat stank from the camels....
Thanks for taking the time to read and respond. I'm just looking for some other deciding factors to help me make the best decision.
