15 dec a express mail, 2 days guaranteed delivery to me, was sent from a large city in Alberta to Vancouver Island.
it was in richmond BC 21,5 days later and miracolousy ended up in Prince George.. and now it is supposed to be on the way back to richmond. I guess track is a foreign idective to CP. If it would have been properly scanned, this would have never happened.........
this is not the first time. you messde up many times before.
Remember, despite what you tiny masterfully hidden small print says:
a guarantee is a guarantee. and only Force Majeur and 2 or 3 other reasons will excuse none fulfillment of the contract.
a sender and receipient have alawful right to rely on a promise!

considering it gets sorted/customs is in the GTA for me I'm assuming @WillyZee will get it a day or two before me :X, was really hoping to get this before heading out of town but it seems I won't be =(
