Happy Birthday. If it were me, I would keep checking for those items in stock, but if not wait for VapeBash, and see what you can acquire there.
I am looking more at 18350 mechanicals than anything else. I have a Natural, Caravela, Ikarus, Siam Cube now. I will not buy a telescoping PV, think they look silly. I was kinda hoping for a new pipe but none in the release yesterday spoke to me. Did get on the list for the Moon G1, should be brilliant in 18350 mode.

First of all: Happy Birthday!!! Mine is on the 19th, so I planned ahead to receive it for that date.
I understand, I had the same problem back a few days ago. Here's what I bought for my birthday:
Evic with 18650 and 18350 tubes
Batteries for both tubes
A Vapeonly and mini T3
150 mls of HHV, AV and AiV juice (this last was just by chance I got the site taking orders)
A Terminator C, extra wick, Kanthal and non resistant silver wire
Driptips and 2 large mod halyards
When I get this months extra money this is what I plan
More juice from HHV
An Octopus dripping atty (I'm still not sure about this, I'm not the dripping kind)
Some term replacements
Unfortunately the Chinese new year has left many places with no stock
Can't do Vegas...will be at Vape Bash.
I did get on the list for the new Moon G1 today. Genesis with 18650 and 18350 tubes.
However that will probably be a month or two away...still no birthday prezzie for today...
How much is that? Where can I get it? Thanks!

The New Moon is pretty nice, and not that expensive either.
I'd keep out for a AMP tank, or wait for Vape Bash and get something you really want. No need to rush

Not sure you would have enough cash because I would need enough to replace it...lol. Beside I am on the Vela Latina list.
Would like another Killer 705 but they are out of stock as well.
haha yeah i figured. i got my tax return set aside for the caravela. do you know when the list might open up? whats the vela latina? im assuming its the new caravela. do you need to already own the original to get on the list for that?
It is a tank that uses 306 atomizers....hearing great reports on it.

Happy birthday buddy, sorry about your out of stock luck. My birthday is the 25th of this month. That moon G1 has a real neat look to it. I made a decision though I'll never buy anything that I have to be on a list for ever since I saw what happened to those JBox folks. Either it has to have a website with the item in stock or the classies at a reasonable price.

Yes it is a list but you don't pay till yours is ready to ship...also this guy has a tremendous track record spanning several years.
