I recently purchased the JANTY eGo tank USB XL eGo SET - 510-T from ivapour.co.uk granted the product arrived within a couple of days. but i had a problem. one of the atomizers was defective on delivery and the second died within 1 week, leaving the product completely unusable. When i contacted the company they said that it was not covered by the warrenty and would not be replaced!!!!

I reminded them that they surely had to comply with the sale of goods act to no avail!!!:(

has anyone else had this (extremely low) level of customer service for Ivapour or other providers.

I've only ever ordered janty RY4 juice from them and no hardware so can't really help you out here. (juice came in a nice bottle and is pretty good btw) I would say thats pretty poor of them, most if not all attys should be lasting longer then a week when brand new unless your doing something ridiculous with them.

I'd try a more stern approach with your email and remind them of the sales of goods act and that their failure to listen to customers will see you shop elsewhere in future. The upshot here is any 510 atomiser should work fine and can be got almost anywhere else. Totally wicked have them and are currently doing 30% off everything right now, why not stock up a bit? Never had a TW atty fail on me yet after months of vaping btw.

Oh that sucks. And I believe Janty prevents Liberty-Flights.co.uk from selling many Ego and 510 parts. Liberty-Flights US store does have a warranty - their UK store might too, but their UK store might not be able to carry the parts you need. Janty invented Ego and some of the 510 stuff I think and Joye in China produces it. But Janty is a UK company and chose that ivapour place as their sole UK distributor.

You could check Liberty-Flights.co.uk and see if they sell 510 or Ego atomizers made by other manufacturers (SLB, Boge, Smoketech, etc). Oh wait - you need tank attys? No I think those are something Janty only lets ivapour sell.

Well you could vape Ego the way more people vape it - no tanks and no atomizer - use Boge cartomizers and other cartomizers. More people use cartomizers than tanks. The most popular cartomizers for 510 are Boge. And use a drip tip and any brand of normal (non tank) 510 or Ego atomizer for testing juices and vaping ones that don't work well in cartos. You can also use 306 attys with a 306 drip tip (goes over the atty).

+1
Ditch the atomizers (more trouble than they are worth) and go with cartomizers as they are much easier to handle.

thanks for the replies people... it gets better! i think i have found out what is frying my atomisers. A faulty USB battery. plugged in a brand new atomiser and bang. I initaily thought "faulty atomiser" wrong the next one didnt go quiet as fast just went constant on without any activation button press. i unscrewed the atomiser and it stopped repeated the process and full charge again with button press. Ivapour kit is soooo faulty. i am returning the whole of my kit and getting a refund... if possible. any recomendations?
