IanK1968 .. curious to know where you purchase your liquid from?

0.8ml of 18mg/ml is 14.4mg of nic. and over a 14 hour period that is about 1mg per hour. May I also ask what type of cigarettes do you smoke? what is their mg range?

Regards,
Rob

Just worried that your 18mg/ml may not be 18mg/ml... your symptoms sound correct as I have been there before. But that was when I was vaping some 36mg stuff.
Regards,
Rob

The eGo-T is working to well if I od'ed lol. Like I said I dont think .8ml of 18mg over a 14 hour period would cause an OD or dizziness this severe. I am starting to think maybe I have an inner ear infection, I dont know im kinda hoping it is so I can feel better about vaping. I dont want any ill effect or bad experiences vaping.

HI Rob,

I got my liquid from Juicy Clear. it says on the bottle 18mg. Its the Full flavour Canadian Blend. I smoked Players and the nic in those where 2.48mg and I smoked 25 of those a day, so I took in almost 75mg of nicotine a day. even if the filter and side smoke took away half that, its still no where near the 14mg I took in vaping, I would still have to vap 3 times what ive vaped today to reach that level.

If you vaped close to 1 ml of juice in 14 hours, I guess that might be approximately equivalent to smoking 10 analogs. Of course this is a guess.
It also might be that you are going through withdrawal from the analogs. Trust me, you will.

Hey Lark,

My widthdrawl from analogs which Ive experienced before was extreme agitation and depression. I ve never experienced any physical effects like this the 3 other times ive gone 2-3 days without an analog. I still havent completely quit analogs, I still smoked 3-4 a day over the last 2 days

Here is a thought, any chance that IanK1968 is allergic to one or more of the e-liquid ingredients?

If I was I figured I would have had a reaction when I was sampling several juices a couple weeks ago, and again yesterday when I really started vaping. Maybe I got a bad batch of juice? I dunno, I might just have an inner ear infection and this is all just coincidence. I think I have to sleep sitting up, when I lay down the room spins like I just drank 100 beer with whiskey chasers

I get like that sometimes when I'm stressed out, then I realize I feel pukey and I stop. :(

Has anyone had issues with their gums bleeding? No matter how much water I drink, I get gum bleeds. It's kinda scary because it NEVER used to bleed like this...

I feel ok when im sitting and my head is forward, as soon as I move my head backward or forward OMG. The world will have to speed up to catch up to my head lol.

I have started diluting most of my liquids because i had something similar happen to me a couple of times, and just thought that I was overdoing it on the nic, but now I'm wondering if it was that particular juice? All of my liquids are 18mg, most are PG, some are PG/VG, but I never had any problems at all until I started vaping the Juicy Clear canadian full flavor and hexport. I got really dizzy and my eyes just wouldn't focus for about an hour, it was pretty scary and ever since then I have been cutting my 18mg liquids down to 13.5mg, which makes makes me vape more.

The last thing I'd want to do is make trouble for a supplier based on speculation, or user error, but the coincidence of the OD symptoms with the same liquid does make me wonder if maybe it was a bad batch or something?

Starting to sound like it super. If juicy Clear is selling a bad batch I think they should be made aware of it. I wouldnt want anyone else to feel like this vaping, especially when you want them to quit smoking. I am not saying Juicy Clear did anything wrong, I just wonder how many more people have had this kind of experience with them.

About 4 days in of NO SMOKE I had a totally sleepless night. I chalk it up to withdrawl from whatever other crap they put in cigarettes. I had a few jittery times after that, that could have been from too much nic, so I tried reducing the strength. Now that I'm at 2 weeks, I'm not really reducing strengths as much as just vaping less because I "forget" that I'm supposed to be sucking on something.

You've had some good advice here....maybe just try middle of the road and riding it out for a few days. If you still have problems, you may just need an analog every now and then until your body gets used to the idea??

The longer I vape, the more angry I get at the crap that's in cigarettes. The way I see it, nicotine is the tip of the iceberg.

EDIT: sorry, I should have read the last few posts more closely...maybe it's not the other crap withdrawl in cigs that's making you feel bad. I really hope you get to the bottom of this. Let us know how it goes?

My advice to you for the time being is to stop using the liquid you are vaping on at this point. If you do not have any other liquids, go back on cigs until you do. Try the liquid Rob is sending you and you should be fine. 0.8ml in a 14 hr period is nothing to OD about, it is something else. In the mean time you should be able to see if it is indeed an ear infection.

Once you have vaped other liquids, give the culprit another whirl. If within 2-3 toots you get a buzz, it is the liquid. Many things can cause what you are experiencing, to include but not limited to an allergic reaction to one or more ingredient (if the liquid is in fact 18mg) I know that bad PG will give you a buzz and a ringing in your ears within 3-4 toots.

Our 2nd day vaping AND quitting we chain vaped a bunch of 24mg and both felt sick. Headache, nausea, turning pale and even sweating lol

It was late at night too... we learned to lower our nic toward the evening.

Also, this:
I am using 18mg, but Ive been hitting it pretty hard, I guess also being new to vaping im not used to it. I am going to purchase some 8mg so I can vap like mad and not worry about od'ing
and this:
You need to stop vaping for a while and hydrate yourself. If you have been vaping hard all day, you could be slightly dehydrated too. How many ml's did you go through today?
Everyone has different body chemistry, just because I smoked a pack a day full strength cigs doesn't mean I need high nic ejuice. 36mg makes me immediately OD, 24mg is ok for occasional/daytime. 16mg is my all day vape, I go through about 2ml/day.

Keep in mind that 2 smokers smoking the same amount of the same brand do smoke differently wrt drag size and frequency, add the fact that vapor isn't absorbed the same way as smoke and you can get a vast difference in what those 2 people need or can tolerate..

Well I am up. I am still feeling a little dizzy and lightheaded which leads me to believe maybe I do in fact have the flu bug. I am going to try vaping again today, but switching juice just to be safe, last night was not fun. If I do get dizzy and feel like I did last night I will be questioning the juice, if not I will chalk it up to flu bug. I am a tad apprehensive about vaping this liquid, but I gotta do what I gotta do to stay away from analogs. I will let you all know how it goes

2 days of sleepless? I didn't get more than 4 hrs sleep a night for the first 2 weeks of not smoking. the family even said I was pretty jittery. I was all energy and had to do stuff. the end of 2 weeks and I started coming back to normal I crashed hard and had to sleep a couple days away. withdrawal is an ugly thing. good luck. it's 30 days now for me. I actually had people at work telling me my skin color was much better now and I look much healthier...
