Yes, it is a Samsung 25R. JAC Vapour has added the sticker with useful pertinent information.

The Samsung 25R is available in either a green or light blue wrap, which could be confusing if you didn't know that.

As far as I know, blue wraps were used on an earlier version of the cell and if found today they should be quite old stock.
